The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Yorba Linda County Water District was called to order by President
Knauft at 7:00 P.M. in the offices of the District at 4622
Plumosa, Yorba Linda.
Directors present: Paul R. Armstrong, Whit Cromwell, M. Roy
Knauft, Jr., Howard W. Lindow and William R. Mills, Jr. Also
present: Ralph C. Shook general manager and Arthur C. Korn
assistant general manager. Vistors present: Larry Kraemer Director
Orange County Water District and Neil Cline general manager Orange
County Water District.
The meeting was scheduled as a workshop session with no action
taken on any items.
Mr. Cline reviewed in detail the History, formation and current
projects of the Orange County Water District.
Motion by Director Armstrong and seconded by Director Lindow to
adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
