The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Yorba Linda County Water District was called to order by President
Knauft at 7:00 P.M. in the offices of the District at 4622
Plumocsa, Yorba Linda.
Directors present: Paul R. Armstrong, Whit Cromwell, M. Roy
Knauft, Jr., Howard W. Lindow, William R. Mills, Jr. Also present:
Ralph C. Shook general manager.
This meeting was scheduled as a workshop and study session with no
formal action taken on any items discussed.
MWDOCtThree Cities proposed detachment reviewed at length.
The draft of the Organizational Chart and List of Goals were
reviewed.
Motion by Director Lindow and seconded by Director Armstrong to
adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
