PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Any individual wishing to address the Committee is requested to identify themselves and state the matter on which they
wish to comment. If the matter is on this agenda, the Committee will recognize the individual for their comment when the
item is considered. No action will be taken on matters not listed on this agenda. Comments are limited to matters of public
interest and matters within the jurisdiction of the Water District. Comments are limited to five minutes.

This portion of the agenda is for individual Board Members comments, and to request items for consideration at future
Committee and/or Board meetings.
ADJOURNMENT
Committee meetings are not held on a regularly scheduled basis. The next meeting of this Committee is subject to call at a
regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meeting, or by staff upon 72 hours prior notice.
Agendas for all Committee meetings are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting on a bulletin board outside the
District Offices, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.
