4 The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water
District was called to order by President Knauft at 8:30 a.m. in the offices of
the District on Plumosa. Directors present: M. Roy Knauft, Fred G. Clodt,
Paul R. Armstrong, Whit Cromwell and Howard W. Lindow. Also present:
Ralph C. Shook general manager/secretary., Arthur C. Korn assistant general
manager and Juanita Harris office manager.
General manager Shook asked for Closed Session to update the Board on the
Orange County Employees Association actions. Motion for a Closed Session
was made by Director Lindow and seconded by Director Cromwell. Closed Session
began at 8:35 a.m. with all Board members, general manager Shook and assistant
general manager Korn present.
Motion was made by Director Lindow and seconded by Director Clodt to conclude
the Closed Session at 10:46 a.m. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Director Lindow and seconded by Director Clodt to adjourn
the meeting to 8:30 a.m.Motion carried unanimously.
