The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County
Water District was called to order by President Knauft at 7:10 p.m. in the office
of the District at 4622 Plumosa Dirve, Yorba Linda, CA. Directors present:
M. Roy Knauft, Howard W. Lindow, Fred G. Clodt, Whit Cromwell and Paul R. Armstrong.
Also present: Ralph C. Shook Secretary/Manager. Brian Johnson of C-W Associates
arrived and submitted a letter and left before the meeting convened.
The meeting was scheduled as a Workshop Discussion Session. No formal action was
taken.
Motion by Director Lindow and seconded by Director Cromwell to adjourn. Motion
carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m.

With no Directors present at 8:30 a.m. at the office of the District, 4622 Plumosa,
Yorba Linda, CA, the Secretary ordered the Regular meeting adjourned to 8:30 a.m.,
