April 1, 1982
The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County
Water District was called to order by President Knauft at 8:30 a.m. Thursday
April 1, 1982 in the offices of the District. Directors present Knauft, Lindow,
Clodt and Cromwell. Director Korn absent. Also present Ralph Shook general
manager and assistant secretary, Betty Emblidge auditor and Bertha Pokersnik
personnel and Art Kidman attorney.
Art Kidman reviewed the Homowners Agreement.
Charles Hobbs consultant and Tina May reporter with the Santa Ana Register came
into the meeting at 8:40 a.m.
Mr. Kidman asked for a closed session for attorney client privileges.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Cromwell to go into closed session,
motion carried.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Clodt to come out of closed session
at 10:09 a.m., motion carried.
President Kna uft asked for a ten minute recess.
Meeting reconvened at 10:20 a.m. with all Directors present except Director Korn.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Cromwell to approve the agreement
subject to the following: 1. That the agreement is finalized with the necessary
exhibits. 2. That all of the other affected parties accept and sign the agreement.
Motion carried unanimously.
Chuck Hobbs commented on AB 2902 and that it was going to the Local Government
Committee on April 13.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Clodt to adjourn at 10:38 a.m.,
motion carried unanimously.
