The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District was called to order by President Knauft at 2:00 p.m.
in the District offices on Plumosa Drive. Directors Knauft, Lindow, Clodt,
Korn and Cromwell were present. Also present, Ralph Shook general manager,
Betty Emblidge auditor, Bill Robertson project manager, Helen Whitman re-
cording secretary, DuWayne Lidke engineer, Art Kidman attorney, Alex Bowie
attorney for the Campeau Corporation, William Wright attorney for Alex
Bowies office, Ray Fors of Stone and Youngberg, Bob Seeman of James Montgomery
Consulting Engineers Inc., Hugo Prestinary and Amador Gonzalez of Campeau Corp-
oration.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Knauft to ratify the General
Manager's action of filing a Notice of Completion on the De Los Reyes Reservoir.
Motion carried.
The adjourned regular meeting then went into a workshop session to review in
detail the Draft Official Statement for the ID No. 2 Series "B" Bond Issue(Due
Diligence Meeting)
President Knauft left the meeting at 4:50 p.m.
Vice President Li ow adjourned the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
