The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County
Water District was called to order by President Knauft at 7:00 p.m. in
the offices of the District on Plumosa Drive. Directors present and answering
the roll: Howard Lindow , Art Korn, Whit Cromwell and Roy Knauft. Also
present general manager Ralph Shook engineering manager Mike Payne.
Director Clodt arrived at 7:20 p.m.
Review and discussion at length the sewer refund program and the frontage
and service fees. No action taken. Resolution setting frontage and service
fees to be presented at next regular, meeting.
Ciscussion regard4rg vehicle tradein policy and suggested to re-word bidding
informatio- to indicate outright purchase price of the retired vehicle as
well as a tighter defination of delivery time.
Mike Payne left at 8:30 p.m.
Discussed various fringe benefits. Suggested that a meeting be held with
Joe Sher and the employees so that the employees might better understand
the plans and give an indication of the priority of which benefits they
desire.
