February 23, 1980
The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water
District was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by President Knauft in the offices
of the District, Saturday February 23, 1980. Directors present and answering
the roll, Roy Knauft, Howard Lindow, Fred Clodt, Art Korn and Whit Cromwell.
Also present Ralph Shook, general manager and assistant secretary, Art
Kidman attorney and Bill Robertson project manager.
The Board discussed at great length the completion of the Diemer line and
water delivery to the east side.
Attorney Kidman and Bill Robertson left the meeting to work on details
of temporary pipeline and other alternatives.
The Board discussed briefly the personnel management structure and fringe
benefits program. No action taken by the Board on any of the items.
The Operation and Personnel committee meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Tuesday
February 26th.
