The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County
Water Disrict was called to order by President Knauft at 6:30 p.m. Monday
March 3, 1980. Directors present and answering the roll call: Roy Knauft,
Howard Lindow, Fred Clodt, Art Korn and Whit Cromwell. Also present Ralph
Shook general manager and assistant secretary, and Art Kidman attorney.
Art Kidman reported on the MWDOC Water Delivery Agreement draft. Discussion
at some length.
Ken Witt director of MWDOC arrived at 6:40 p.m.
Moved by Director Clodt seconded by Director Lindow to approve substantially
in the present form with modifications to:
1. Eliminate limitation of dollar cost.
2. MWDOC to assume rental costs past 8th month.
3. Rewrite giving joint control on contract administration.
Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Director Clodt seconed by Director Cromwell to adjourn at 8:00 p.m.,
motion carried.
