Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Cromwell to adopt RESOLUTION
NO. 80-12 entitled: RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF YORBA LINDA CO-
UNTY WATER DISTRICT ESTABLISHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE
GENERAL MANAGER, SECRETARY AND AUDITOR. Roll Call vote: Ayes: Directors
Clodt, Lindow, Korn, Cromwell and Knauft. Noes: none. Abstain: none. Absent:
none. Passed and adopted this 8th day of May, 1980.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Clodt to designate the General
Manager, as Personnel Officer, motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Director Korn seconded by Director Lindow to go into executive
session to discuss pending litigation at 11:40 a.m. Meeting reconvened
with no action taken.
Meeting adjourned at 12:45.
