The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District was called to order by President Knauft at
7:00 p.m. January 24, 1979 in the district offices on Plumosa Dr.
Directors present and answering the roll: Roy Knauft, Howard
Lincbw,,Fred Clodt, Art Korn, Whit Cromwell. Also present Ralph
Shook general manager and assistant secretary, Betty Emblidge
auditor, Michael Payne engineering manager and Sam Peterson
engineering consultant.
The purpose of this adjourned board meeting is to discuss in work
session the sewer program, acreage charges and drainage areas and
frontage charges.
Lengthy discussion of the sewer program, no action taken at meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
