March 13, 1979
The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors was called to
order at 7:30 p.m. in the offices of the District on Plumosa Drive
March 13, 1979, by President Knauft.
Directors present and answering the roll: Knauft, Lindow, Clodt,
Korn and Cromwell.
The purpose of this adjourned meeting was to review personnel.
Personnel and organization were discussed at some length. No action
taken.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
