The adjourned workshop meeting of the Board of Directors was called
to order by President Knauft at 7:00 p.m. in the office of the Dist-
rict on Plumosa Drive. Directors present and answering the roll:
Director Lindow, Clodt, Cromwell and Knauft. Also present Ralph
Shook general manager and assistant secretary. Director Korn arrived
at 7:38 p.m.
The meeting was devoted to discussion of the engineering committee
proposal of handling proposals on a project or task basis and the
finance committee on consultants agreements and wages and salary
ranges.
No action was taken on any item.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday
