The adjourned workshop meeting of the Board of Directors was
called to order by President Knauft at 7:00 p.m. in the office
of the District on Plumosa Drive. Directors present and answer-
ing the roll call: Lindow, Clodt, Korn, Cromwell and Knauft.
Also present Ralph Shook general manager and assistant secretary.
A letter from Yorba Linda Councilman Irwin Fried expressing thanks
for the invitation to the Water Symposium was read and all dir-
ectors expressed their appreciation for the letter.
The proposed wage and salary ranges were discussed at length.
The secretary was instructed to prepare a salary resolution for
the next regular meeting and to place an executive session on the
next agenda.
The finance committee reported on their review and approval of-the
renewal of the liability insurance,to be on the next agenda. This
insurance may be cancelled by the District in October if the JPIA
premium prices are attractive and acceptable to the District.
No action taken on any item.
City assignments for June city council: 6/4 Cromwell, 6/18 Lindow.
Planning commission :6/13 Korn; 6/27 Clodt.
The meting was adjourned at 8:57 p.m..
