The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba
Linda County Water District was called to order by President
Knauft at 9:30 a.m. in the offices of the District on Plumosa
Drive. Directors present and answering the roll call: Roy
Knauft, Howard Lindow, Fred Clodt, Art Korn and Whit Cromwell.
Also present Ralph Shook general manager, Jean Mathews secretary,
Betty Emblidge auditor, Richard Davalos project manager, Chuck
Hobbs consultant, Art Kidman and Rodger Howell attorneys, Chick
Adams legal consul on the bond issue, DuWayne Lidke and Bob
Seamans of James Montgomery, Ray Fors and Ed Highland of Stone
and Youngberg.
The purpose of this meeting is to review the first draft of the
official statement for the bond prospectuv and the Resolutions
regarding same.
Meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m. on a motion made by Director
Lindow seconded by Director Clodt and carried unanimously.
