The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County
Water District was called to order at 8:30 AM, Tuesday, October 4, 1977
by President Clodt. Directors present and answering the roll were
Fred Clodt, Howard Lindow, Art Korn, Merwin Wagner. Director Knauft
absent at roll call. Also present were Ralph Shook General Manager
and Assistant Secretary, Pete Royere Assistant General Manager,
Bob Ryan from Alexander Bowie, Chuck Hobbs consultant.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss, review and approve the agree-
ment with the City of Yorba Linda concerning water and sewer service.
Copies of the latest revision of the agreement were distributed to the
Directors.
Director Knauft and Attorney Rodger Howell arrived at 8;45 AM.
The agreement was reviewed and discussed at length. It was moved by
Director Knauft and seconded by Director Clodt to approve the agreement
and authorize the appropriate officers to execute same.
Motion approved unanimously.
Motion to adjourn by Director Knauft and seconded by Director Korn was
carried unanimously at 9:30 AM.
