The special meeting of the Board of Directors was called by Pres-
ident Clodt to be held March 31, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. in the offices
of the District on Plumosa Avenue for the purpose. of reviewing
the policy statement of the Board of Directors of Yorba Linda
County Water District concerning provision of water and sewer
service in the Yorba Linda Area.
President Clodt called the special meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Directors present and answering the roll call: Fred Clodt, Merwin
Wagner, Roy Knauft, Howard Lindow and Art Korn. Also present,
Ralph Shook general manager, Jean Mathews secretary, P.D. Royere
operations manager and Henry Wedaa Yorba Linda city councilman.
The meeting was devoted to a review and discussion of the policy
statement with no actions taken.
Richard Davalos came into the meeting at 8 p.m.
City of Yorba Linda Mayor Anton Groot arrived at 9:15 p.m.
Mayor Groot and councilman Wedaa left the meeting at 9:32 p.m.
Question asked the general manager regarding the lawsuit with
Rancho Development. He stated a new settlement conference date
had been set for 4/25/77 at 1:30 p.m.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Korn to adjourn
at 10:30 p.m.
