April 5, 1977
The special meeting of the Board of Directors was called by
President Clodt to be held April 5, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. in the
offices of the District on Plumosa Drive for the purpose of
reviewing_ the policy statement of the Board with regard to
water and sewer service in the Yorba Linda Area, and to review
the District's position with regard to the--hearing at LAFCO
on District Annexation 77-1.
President Clodt called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Directors present and answering the roll call: Fred Clodt,
Merwin Wagner, Roy Knauft, Howard Lindow and Art Korn. Also
present, general manager Ralph Shook, secretary Jean Mathews
and attorney H. Rodger Howell.
The meeting was devoted to the review and discussion of the
Policy Statement and the LAFCO hearing April 13 with no action
taken.
Moved by Director Korn seconded by Director Lindow to adjourn
the meeting at 10:22 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
