April 1, 1976
The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District was called to order by President Clodt at
8:30 a.m. in the offices of the District on Plumosa Drive.
Directors present and answering the roll call: Mr. Clodt, Mr.
Lindow and Mr. Korn. Directors absent: Mr. Wagner and Mr. Knauft.
Also present general manager Ralph Shook and secretary Jean Mathews.
The purpose of this adjourned meeting is a study and work session,
regarding budget, salary review and future projects concerning the
District.
Director Roy Knauft arrived at 8:55 a.m.
Discussion regarding the method of financing the facilities for any
new area to be annexed to the District.
Mr. Gordon Peterson auditor came into the meeting to review the
preliminary budget and presented preliminary salary comparisons.
No action was taken by the Board on any items.
Adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
