The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors was adjourned by
the Secretary of the District. Said meeting was adjourned at
2:05 p.m. all members of the Board of Directors being absent
therefrom. The undersigned secretary declared meeting adjourned
to July 29, 1976 at 2:00 p.m.
