July 29, 1976
The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District was called to order by President Clodt at
2:00 p.m. in the offices of the District at 4622 Plumosa Drive.
Directors present and answering the roll: Clodt, Knauft, Lindow
and Korn. Director Wagner absent. Also present general manager
Ralph Shook secretary Jean Mathews, attorney Rodger Howell and
engineer DuWayne Lidke.
Director Wagner arrived at 2:15 p.m.
Ralph Shook general manager stated this was an unstructered meeting
concering development and financing of the territory to the east.
Art Korn introduced Terry Cummerford of Blyth,Eastman, Dillon and
Company of San Francisco.
General Manager gave a resume of the items to be discussed.
Rodger Howell also explained what the District was seeking in this
meeting.
Discussion regarding financing,time schedule of development, how
earnest is the District in pursuing the expansion.
DuWayne Lidke had maps and exhibits showing the present boundaries,
the acreage involved and the various zones.
General discussion period.
Moved by Director Wagner seconded by Director Korn authorizing the
committee and staff to meet with Mr. Cummerford on Wednesday at
1:00 and pursue along the general line of this discussion.
Moved by Director Wagner seconded by Director Knauft to adjourn at
4:15 p.m.
