September 16, 1976
The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District was called to order by President Clodt at
7:30 p.m. September 16th with all directors present.
Also present Ralph Shook, general manager and assistant secretary.
Letter of proposal for management consulting assistance of Charles
D. Hobbs, under date of September 14, 1976 was reviewed and dis-
cussed. Moved:~by Director Knauft seconded by Director Korn and
unanimously carried to authorize the assessment as outlined in the
letter with the October 12-14 date the preferable date for the
assessment.
Moved by Director Lindow and seconded by Director Wagner to go into
executive session to discuss personnel procedure.
Meeting reconvened at 10:15 p.m. -Moved by Director Wagner seconded
by Director Lindow to adjourn,_',~tion carried unanimously.
