April 7, 1975
The special adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Yorba Linda County Water District was called to order by Vice
President Ciodt at 8:95 a.m. April 7, 1975.
Roll call: Directors present, Fred Clodt, Merwin Wagner, Roy
Knauft and Howard Lindow.
Board went into executive session to discuss appointmentto fill
the vacancy on the Board.
Reconvened at 8:35 a.m. Moved by Director Lindow seconded by
Director Knauft and carried unanimously to send letters to
interested candidates: Darrel Dalton, Art Korn, Don Hastings,
Norman Kamin and Dan Foley requesting they submit brief resumes
of their experience by Monday April I.4th.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Wagner to adjourn
at 8:40 a.m. to a special meeting at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday April 15,
1975 to review resumes of candidates to fill the vacancy on the
Board. Motion carried unanimously.
