The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

None.
5. ACTION CALENDAR
5.1. Identification of Agency Designated Representative(s) for Labor Negotiations
Staff and General Counsel Gagen explained the purpose for designating a
representative for labor negotiations with unrepresented classifications.
Director Hawkins made a motion, seconded by Director Jones, to appoint
Andrew Gagen, General Counsel, as the designated representative for
labor negotiations with all unrepresented classifications. Motion carried
5-0-0-0.
6. CLOSED SESSION
The Board entered Closed Session at 5:04 p.m.

during Closed Session.
ADJOURNMENT
7.1. Director Lindsey made a motion, seconded by Director Jones, to adjourn
the meeting at 6:58 p.m. Motion carried 5-0-0-0 on a roll call vote.
