The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District was adjourned by the Secretary of the District
at 7:35 p.m. All members of said Board of Directors were absent.

Addition to minutes of October 24, 1974.
Moved by Director Wagner seconded by Director Knauft to approve for
payment the audited bills and refunds in the amount of $62,168.26
on checks 26457 through 26516. Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Wagner carried unanimously
to authorize all Directors to leave the State for either business or
personal reasons between this meeting and the next regular meeting of
the Board.
