was called to order by Vice President Clodt

Jess Senecal attorney with Burris, Lagerlof,
Ralph Shook general manager.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Knauft to adjourn to
executive session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation,
motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Director Wagner seconded by Director Knauft carried un-
animously to retain the firm of Burris, Lagerlof Swift and Senecal
as special council for limited service to prepare return
to the writ of mandate for "Upper K Ranch vs LAFCO.
Meeting adjourned on motion by Director Wagner seconded by Director
Lindow to November 27th at 4:30 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
