The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba
Linda County Water District was called to order by Vice
President Clodt at 7:30 p.m. in the offices of the District
on Plumosa Drive.
Directors present and answering the roll: Vice President Clodt,
Merwin Wagner, Roy Knauft and Howard Lindow. Directors absent,
President Hastings. Also present, Ralph Shook, general manager
and assistant secretary of the water district and DuWayne Lidke
of James Montgomery Consulting Engineers.
Present from the Yorba Linda City Council, Dale Caput, Carolyn
Ewing and Whit Cromwell. Art Simonian, city manager was also
present.
Hank Wedda, city councilman arrived at 7:37 p.m.
General discussion on various matters of interest to the City
and the District.
Meeting adjourned at 10:10 p.m.
