The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District for April 8, 1970 was adjourned by the
Secretary. All members of said Board were absent therefrom and
the undersigned Secretary of saidBoard declared said meeting
adjourned to 8:30 a.m. on April 22, 1970 at the offices of the
District.
Said notice of adjournment was posted at the entrance of the
office within twenty four hours of the adjournment. Notices
of the adjourned meeting date were mailed to all Directors.
