April 10, 1968
The regular meeting of the Board of Directors for April 10, 1968
was adjourned by the Secretary. All members of said Board were
absent therefrom and the undersigned Secretary of said Board
declared said meeting adjourned to 8:30 a.m. on April 24, 1968
at the offices of the District.
Said notice of adjournment was posted at the entrance of the
office within twenty four hours of the adjournment. Notices
of the adjourned meeting date weremailed to all Directors.
