The regular meeting of the Board of Directors for May 10, 1967
was adjourned by the Secretary. All members of said Board were
absent therefrom and the undersigned Secretary of said Board
declared said meeting adjourned to 8:30 a.m. on May 24, 1967
at the offices of the District.
Said notice of adjournemnt was posted at the entrance of the
office within twenty four hours of the adjournment. Notices of
the adjourned meeting date were mailed to all Directors.
