and matters within the jurisdiction of the Water District. Comments are limited to five minutes.

Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.5, non-exempt public records that relate to open session agenda items and are

Lakeview Reservoir Project
The recently completed Lakeview Reservoir Project consists of an 8-million gallon reinforced concrete
reservoir designed and constructed with provisions for expansion to 12 million gallons. These system
improvements are located on the District's property located to the west of Lakeview Avenue extension,
north of Bastanchury Road. The adjacent pump station has 4 pumps with a capacity of 5,000 gpm.
Some factoids regarding the reservoir are listed below:
❖ Total cost of the project: $10.7 million.
❖ There are two reservoir bays, each with a capacity of 4 million gallons.
❖ Reservoir floor is 1' - 0" thick concrete.
❖ Reservoir wall is 2'- 4" thick concrete.
❖ Roof is V- 5" thick concrete.
❖ The total structure is 344 feet long, 123 feet wide and 35 feet deep.
❖ The finished reservoir is buried, only the hatches, vents and valve control structures are visible.
❖ Design Engineer: Parsons

Reservoir Details Descriptive Narrative:
The project consists of the construction of a new 2.0 million gallon underground concrete reservoir located 1600 feet
beyond the current termination of Hidden Hills Rd. The work will incorporate approximately 1600 feet of new water
piping connecting the reservoir into the existing water distribution system. A new paved roadway is to be constructed
to the reservoir site for vehicle maintenance access.
Santiago Booster Pump Station:
The existing Santiago Booster Pump Station is to receive upgrades to accommodate the new Hidden Hills Reservoir
into the water distribution system. Work will include replacing two electric pumps with new 60hp water pumps, a
surge tank, appurtenant piping and new instrumentation and controls.
