The regular meetingof the Board of Directors for November 9, 1966
was adjourned by the Secretary. All-members of said Board were
absent therefrom and the undersigned Secretary of said Board de-
clared said meeting adjourned to 8:30 A.M. on November 16, 1966
at the offices of the District.
Said notice of adjournment was posted at-the entrance of the office
within twenty four hours of the adjourneenn. Notices of the adjourned
meeting date were mailed to all Directors.
