The regular meeting of the Board of Directors for December 8, 1965 was
adjourned by the Secretary. All members of said Board were absent
therefrom and the undersigned Secretary of said Board declared said
meeting adjourned to 8:30 A.M. on December 22, 1965 at the offices of
the District.
Said notice of adjournment was posted at the entrance of the office
within twenty four hours of the adjourneent. Notices of the ad-
journed meeting date were mailed to all Directors.
