The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m.

TOUR OF YLWD CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
General Manager Toy reviewed the purpose of the tour and the process for securing
grant funding for future capital improvement projects through the Army Corp of
Engineers.
The group departed at 8:07 a.m. and visited multiple projects throughout the District.
