338 Resolution No. 99
On a motion made by Director McGuire, seconded by Director Hastings
and unanimously carried the following Resolution No. 99 was adopted;
RESOLVED that the Board hereby approves, a reaffirms and adopts and
ratifies all actions previously taken by such Board at a Meeting
thereof Wednesday February 12, 1964.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned to
February 26, 1964 at the hour of 8:30 A.M. on a motion made by
Director Hastings, seconded by Director McGuire and carried.
