January 27, 1961
A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District
was called to order at the office of the District on January 27, 1961 at the hour
of 8:00 A.M. by President Crist.
The following Directors answered the roll call: Cristz Wagner? Milmoez Clodt. Director
Hastings was absent.
A discussion was held concerning an application by the Doljoe Oil Company for
water service in the Carlton Tract on land not previously served. After discussion
a motion was made by Director Milmoe, seconded by Director Wagner and mianimously c
carried that the Oil Company could be served as a special termorary service, good
only for the Doljoe Oil Companyts production purposes, and subject to an adequate
deposit, and that the meter shall be sealed off if it becomes necessary to apply
the deposit to a bill.
Permission to leave the State for business reasons was requested by Directors
Crist, Mi.lmoe and Hastings. A motion was made by Director Clodts seconded by
Director Wagner and unanimously carried that the said Directors be authorized to
leave the State from time to time.

The next three hours of the meeting were devoted to a discussioi of the Plans and James
Specifications for building- Plant # 1. Montgomery &Ass,
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned on a motion made by
Director Clodt, seconded by-Director Wagner and duly carried.

the Board of Directors of Yorba, Linda County Water District, does
hereby waive notice and consent to the holding of a special meeting
of the directors of that District at the principal office of the
District at 4866 South Olinda, Yorba Linda, California at .,...:fi_
8:00 A.M. on January 2~, 1961 for the
purpose application for service in Carlton towns3 n,
and any other business that might come befora themeeting
flees hereby ya:tfy any and all actions taken thereat and agrees
that an buzz-..ass contracted at said meeting shall be as valid and
legal end of the same force and effect as though said meeting were
