n adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the yor°ba Linda
County Water District vas called to order at the office of the
District June 22, 1961 at the hour of 8830 ".M. by President SrFist.
Directors present and answering the roll were: Mr. Grist, Mr.
Wagner, Mr. "astings and Mr. C;lodt. Director Milmoe was absent.
Attorney Howell was present and Milo Keith of Lowry and Associates
was also present.
Mr. Nasser, Mr. iornroos, and `+'r. Schneider were also present.
This group represented a group of developers interested in the
construction of sewer lines to their tracts and in the method
of financing said sewers and the methods of repayment for lines
constructed by them.
A general discussion was b.eld with the Developers who suggested
they should receive interest upon repayment to them of the Costs
of off site sewer lines.
It was agreed that the matter required further study and on a
motion made by Director Wagner, seconded by Director Hastings
and duly carried the :meeting was adjourned to the hour of 2:30
P.M., Tune 23, 1961.
