An adjourned regular meeting of the Yorba Linda County Water
District was convened at the office of the District by President
Crist September 15, 1961 at the hour of 11:44 A.M.
All Directors were present and answered the roll. Also present
was Attorney H. Rodger Howell.
An application for a service in Lot 7, Block 22 from Mr. C. L.
Kitto was presented to the Board. After discussion a motion
was made by Director Wagner, seconded by Director Hastings that
the application be granted subject to the installation of one
fire hydrant.
A general discussion was held concerning policy to be formulated
regarding the Carlton Tract and the design of the Master Plan
for the Tract.
After discussion a motion was made by Director Milmoe, seconded
by Director Hastings and unanimously carried that a previous
notation of $2.50 per front foot for service connection/for Eats
509 51 of Block 32, Carltont-Townsite plus the W 301 of Fourth Street
was approved due to the fact that this quote was made prior to the
new policy.
A further discussion was.held concerning the application of Paul
Lieb for service to Lots 6, 79 19 20 of Block 32 of°the Carlton
Townsite. A motion was made by Director Hastings, seconded by
Director Milmoe and carried that the application be approved
as recommended by the General Manager and subject to the proper
charges for connecting and service mains and in accordance with
the Master Plan now being prepared.
On a motion made by Director Clodt seconded by Dir or Hastings
and duly carried the meeting was adjourned.
