A motion made by Mr. Wagner, seconded by Mr. Clodt and unanimously
carried that the recommendation of General Manager regarding pro-
posed service to W. Van Buskirk at athe S.W. corner lot 11 block 14
is approved subject to Rules and Regulations of the District.
Mr. Wagner made a motion, seconded by Mr. Hastings and unanimously
carried that the recommendation of General Manager Dueker for pro-
posed service connection to Howard Lindow ProjYrty being a portion
of Lot 4 Block 20 is approved including the 6" size of line and
one fire hydrant.
Mr. Clodt made a motion, seconded by Mr. Hastings and unanimously
carried that the proposed water service for `.Penative Tract 4049, Job 70,
as submitted to the General Manager is approved.
A motion made by Mr. Clod.t, seconded by Mr. Hastings and un_arlimously
carried that the proposed sewer facilities for tenative tract 4049
, Job S 12, as submitted by the General Manager is approved.
