The undersigned, Fred G. Clodt , a member of
the Board of Directors of Yorba Linda County ?dater District, does
hereby waive notice and ce_,sent to t"1le, holding of a special meeting
of the directors of that District at- the principal office of the
District at 4866 South Olinda, Yorba Linda, California at
the hour of 8:30 S. M., May 25, 1960 for the
purpose Discussing certain change orders of contracts let to Lacy
Manufacturing and and Pascal & Ludwig.
does hereby ratify any and all actions taken thereat and agrees
that any business contracted at said meeting shall be as valid and
legal end of the same force and effect as though said meeting were
held after n.o t is e was duly given.
