An adjourned meeting of January 13, 1960 of the Board of Directors of the
Yorba LindaCounty Water District was called to order at the office of the
District January 20, 1960 at the hour of 8:30 A.M. by President D.E. Crist.
On the call of the roll members present were Directors Crist, Wagner,
Milmoe and Hastings. Director Clodt was absent,
A motion was made by Director Hastings, seconded by Director Milmoes and
carried that Resolution No. 25, providing for the establishment of a Seger
Planning account with the Bank of America be gproved.
A discussion was held with the committee appointed by President Crist to
study a request for installation of a fire hydrant on Lakeview Avenue. It
was agreed that the matter required more study and that it should be
referred back to the committee.
Manager Dueker reported that the tour for prospective bond purchasers was
being arranged for as scheduled and would be held January 28th.
A general discussion was held concerning the proposed Ordinance outlining
the Rules and Regulations of the District. Considerable progress was made
in the correction and revision of certain articles and the matter was
referred back to the Board as a committee of the whole for further study.
On a motion made by Director Hastings, seconded by Director Wagner and
carried the meeting was adjourned to the hour of 7:00 P.M. Wednesday
February 31 1960•
