A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water
District was convened at the office of the district April 8_1 1960 at the hour
of s:OO P.J. by President Crist.
All Directors were present and answered the roll call.. Also present was Mr. H.
Rodger Howell.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss further the acquisition of Reservoir
sites from the Shell Oil Company and Mr. 3. C. Page.
After thorough discussion a motion,vas made by Director Milmoe, seconded by
Director Wagner 1that the 3eneral Manager and. Attorney Howell be authorized and
directed to enter into escrow with the Shell Oil Company and Mr. G. C. Page
for the 4cquisition of said reservoirs site or sites with the power to negotiate
and to 54 gn all necessary documents to complete the escro,~,,, and that they be
f,irther empowered to ddposit in escrow money not to exceed $1,M0.0O if necessary.
The roll was called dth the following rote : Ayes - Mr. Wagner, Mr. Milmoe, NIr.
Hastings, Nom. Clodt and Mr. Crist. Noes - none.
On a motion made by Director Hastings., seconded by Director Clodt and duly carried
the meeting was adjodrned.
