A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County District,
was called to order at the office of the District on Novum' or 11, 1960 at the
hoar of 10:00 11.1-1, nor Yresi::lent Cri st.

after considerable discussion it nas agreed that it would be more economical
to leave No. 8 in its present pos.iti.on anti rcdesi;n the proposed building.
K motion was grade by Director Clodt, seconded by j)irector ilastings an::A un-
animously carried thkt the propo,ed. buildinf7 be redesigned to contain only
three units plus one foundation or a b.th unit that might bi. necessary in
tiie future an ,1 that No. 8 be left in its present location.

was contacted by phone and ex}pressed his aoproval of this decision.
There no fueicher business the meeting was adjourned on a motion by

The undersigned, Merwin Wagner , a member of
the Board of Directors of Yorba Linda County Water District, does
hereby waive notice and consent to the holding of a special meeting
of the directors of that District at the principal office of the
District at 4866 South Olinda, Yorba Linda, California at
10:00 A.M. on November 11, 146n for the
purpose of discussing the r d .sign of the new prim ing plant
with Mr. George KaKay
does hereby ratify any and all actions taken thereat and agrees
that any business contracted at said meeting shall be as valid and
legal and of the same force and effect as though said meeting were
held after notice was duly given.
