IL motion was made by Director °iagner, seconded by Di_r.~_ctor IAilmoe and carried that, the application be approved subject to the -L -Iles and tegulations and the ar)proval of the ueneral Manager and sewer consultants. Joh- No. w`), Tract 3-,''96 for approximately 646 feet of 6" water main and for dry sevier•s. t~ motion was made by Director Ailmoe, seconded by Director riastin--s and carried that the wa'_,er main installation be approved subject to the c.ircent mules and ReTalations and that the sewer installation he approved subject to a connection charL•e in accordance with suc'n Rules and Re7ulations as may be established when sewer Rules and Re-ilat,ions have been adopted. Also subject to the approval of the 'renr,ral iuiana,.er and sewer Consultants. Job No. 4&', Tract 3973 for approximately 1045 feet of 8" an i 1110 feet of 6" water main and for dry sewers. A motion was made by Director Glodt, seconded by Director Hastin~,s and carried, that Job No. 48 be approved under the same conditions as Job No. 116. Job No. 49, Tract 3758 for. approxirnutely 6t17 feet of 6" water main and for dry se•ruers. A motion as made by Director gagner, seconded by Arector Clodt and carried that Joie lvo. 49 be aoroved sLbject -to the same conditions as outlined in. Job No. 46. Job. No. 44, tract 3899 for approximately 2715 feet of 10 " or .i°' n. lbOO feet of 6" water main and or dry sewers.
