A special meeting of the Board of Directors of theorba Linda County Water Dis-
trict was called by President Crist at the office of the Yorba Linda. Water Co.V
Yorba Linda, Cali.forn.ia, at the hour of 8)~O A.M. for fie par-pose of considering
an application for a, loan frorn mousing and. Ho.:,e Financing Agency, Community Fac-
ilities Ad.minstration.
All of the Directors answered to be roll call.
Mr. Lowrey and Mr. Milo Keith of Lowry Overmyer and Associates Inc. were present
and reported that they would estimate the cost of preli,minnry plans for a sewage
collection and disposal system for the Disttict at not over ~ '000.00.
After discussion a motion was made any Mr. , agn,er and scoo -ded by Idr. Hastings
that a Ri2OIjT°'IO to be Cnown as RESOYL TI'JI? No. 6 be adopted. The RESOLUTION
-provided for the proper officers to be author zed to apy)ly to the doi-e Einance
Agency for a loan in the amount of $ 5000.00 to finance the proposed preliminary
planning. President Crist as!-ed for a roll. call vote. The Secretary oared the

The vote be ing unanimous President Crist declared the RE,SOLTTTI0'_7 adopted.
