A special meeting of the Yorba Linda Counter Water District was called to order by
President Grist at the office of the Yorba Linda Water Co., Yorba Linde., California,
Aune 8, 1959 at the hour o: 1:00 E.M. for the purpose of disc=rising a master pan
prepared by James Montgomery Co.
The following Directors
*W0k*"i4 were present a,--yd answered the roll call Mr. grist, I~Ir. Wagner, Mr.
Milmoe, and Mr. Hastings. Director Clodt was absent.
Mr. Uay of Janes Mo:-:tgomery Co. was present and slabmitted a master plan for the District.
The meeting was devoted entirely to a review and. discussion of the master ,plan.
The meeting was adjourned at the hoar of 5:00 P.M. by President Cwist to be reconvened
at the hour of 7:30 P. Ai. of the same day for the purpose of conferring with the Board
of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water Co.

The undersigned, 'Frpci r.. ,l8rlf , a member of
the Board of Directors of Yorba Linda County Water District, does
hereby waive notice and consent to the holding of a special meeting
of the directors of that District at the principal office of the
District at 4$66 South Olinda, Yorba Linea, California at
the hour of 1:00 P.M., June 8, L959 for the
purpose of presenting the Master Plan by George Kay of
James Montgomery for the District
does hereby ratify any and all actions taken thereat and agrees
that any buainess contracted at said meeting shall be as valid and
legal and of the same force and effect as though said meeting were
held after notice was &uly given.
