June 8, 1959
An adjourned meeting of June 8, 1959 at the hour of 5:00 P.M. was reconvened
by President Crist at the office of the Yorbga Linda Water Co., Yorba Linda,
California, June 8, 1959 at the hour of 7:30 P®r4.
The meeting was fcr the purpose of discussing with the Board of Directors of the
Yorua, leirda..llater Co. a master b,len presented by James Montgomery Co.
A motion was made by Mr. Hastings, seconded by Iir. Milmoe, and duly carried that
Mr. L. L. Dueker be a-n-pointed acting Secretary in the Place of Mr. Smith who was
ill.
An oral, presentation of the Master Flan of the Yorba Lirda County Water District
was made by Mr. Milmoe, chairman of the Slater and Sewer En inneering committee
of the District. A copy of the proposed domestic and irrigation rates for the
District was also presented.
The balance of the meeting was devoted to a general discussion of 'she plans
by both Boards.
The meeting was adjo,zrned at 1-3:00 P.M. by President Gist.
