June 10, 1959
A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District
has held at the office of -the Yorba Linda Water Co., Y°orba Linda, Calif ornia June 10,
1959 at the hour of 7*30 P-1-
The Secretary called the roll and the following; Directors answered to their names.
Mr. Grist, Mr. Milmoe, Mr. Hastings. Mr. Wagner and 1Ir. Clodt were absent.
On a motion by Mr. Hastings, seconded by Mr. Milmoe, and dul;,,° carried the minutes
of the regular meetiig of May 13, 1959 and subsequent special meetings were orderd
approved as mailed.
Mr . Fastings reported for the finance comr;ittee that bills in the amount of $ 3.80
had been audited and approePed. A. motion, was made by trt~r . Hastings, seconded. by Mr.
Milmoe and carried that the audited. bills be raid.

the
Palisade Builders in the Yorba. Li_-.ua Country area. Fo action was taken, it
be.]Ln the opinion of t,-.ose present that no decision should be made until all members
of the Board were present.
A motion was ma ,e by Mr. Milmoe, seconded by Mr. Hastings and carried that the
meetyng be adjourned to June 16, 1959 at the hour of 8))0 .~.M.
