An adjourned meeting of the Board, of Directors of the Yorba. Linda. County dater
District was called to order b President Crist in _ r,ff i-ec sT the Yor a Linda
Water Co., laze 16, 1959 at the hour of 0:00 A.M.
On the call of the roll all Directors were present and answered to their names.
Asir. Kay of James ivontgomery Co. was present and delivered copies of the revised
Master Plan completed to date. A motion was made by Mr. Wagner, seconded by Mr.
Clodt, and unanimously carried that the Plan and the letter of transmital
dated. June 15, 1909 be accepted and received.
Ten tentative plans for the purchase of the assets of the Yorba Linda Water Co.
were presented on a chart for the consideration and comparison of the Board.
After a thorough discussion of the various plans it was agreed that a joint
meeting whould be held in the immediate future with the 3oa.rd of Directors of
the Yorba Lynda Water Co. to discuss the plans with them.
It was suggested and met with general approval that the Presidents of the Yorba,
Linda County Water District and the Yorba. Linda. Water Co. select a citizens
committee of nine persons to consult with the two Boards concerning the ttansfer
of the assets of the Water Co.
A discussion was held concerning; the budget for the ensuing fiscal year but it
was decided to take no -final action until after July 1, 19.09 at which time it
was hoped that assessed valuation of the District would be available.
A general discussion was Laid concerning a probable date for a Pond election
and, the length of time necessary to complete such an election.
A motion was made by Mr. Hastings, sec nded by Air. Clod.t and carried that this
meeting be adjourned to June 19, 1959 at the hour of 2:00 P. M. and be reconvened
at that time for a joint meeting with the Directors of the Yorba Linda Water Co.
